Tim has a Bsc (Hons) in Marine Studies and a wealth of experience in the yachting Industry, both on the technical side of rigging as well as sailing, including several atlantic crossings.
As a founding member of THL Superyachts his friendly manner, working long hours on complex projects means he reflects the 'anytime, anywhere' ethos of the company.

Tom Brown is a Senior Project Manager, based at our facilities in Pendennis Shipyard, Falmouth. He has worked with Tim Paull since 2010.
A keen sailor, he has joined Adix, Tenaz and Sojana in Superyacht events.His knowledge of the sea helps with his rigging enormously, giving him experience of the pressures and forces a rig is under 'up close and personal'.

Rupert has been working with us now for over 3 years, and has been involved in a lot of our biggest projects over that time. He brings a wealth of experience from his varied rigging career.

Jesse Quinn the newest member of our team, Jesse is based in Falmouth reporting directly to Tom Brown. He has joined us straight from his fathers rigging company in Australia. He is settling in well to the Superyacht Industry.
